Postcards3d.eu is my personal website dedicated to my private collection of 3D lenticular postcards. I do not sell products through this website, provide a contact form but do not require visitors to create accounts.

2. Privacy and technical data

The website does not use cookies or advertising tracking tools.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, including IP addresses. This information is used to ensure the proper operation and security of the website and to generate visitor statistics.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing this information is the legitimate interest in maintaining and securing the website and analysing visits (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The information is retained in accordance with the hosting service's policies for as long as necessary for these purposes.

3. Contact form and correspondence

You can contact me through the form or by email. The form requests your name or company name, email address, country, message subject and message. I use this information to read and reply to your enquiry. Providing it is voluntary but required to submit the form. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in managing correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply.

I retain correspondence as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, and longer only where required by law or justified by the need to establish or defend legal claims. I do not use form information for marketing or send automatic replies.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). During security verification, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser or device information, according to its privacy terms. This verification helps prevent automated misuse on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Form messages are handled through LH.pl hosting and email services.

The website also contains links to external services. When you follow these links, the respective providers' privacy policies apply.

4. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you have the rights provided by law, including the rights to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing and object to processing, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
